1. Definitions

• "Goldhaven", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Goldhaven, a service provider registered in Bangkok, Thailand.
• "You", "User", "Client" — any person who accesses this website or engages our services.
• "Services" — the Retirement Information Workshops, Document Organisation Toolkit, and Records Digitisation & Filing service offered by Goldhaven.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any service confirmation or booking correspondence.
• "Content" — all text, templates, guides, printed materials, digital files, and other resources provided as part of a service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or engaging any Goldhaven service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Service Description

Goldhaven provides the following informational and organisational services:

• Retirement Information Workshops (฿3,500 per person): Group sessions providing general, plain-language information about retirement-related paperwork and document categories. Not financial, legal, or medical advice.
• Document Organisation Toolkit (฿13,500): A set of templates and a pre-built folder structure for self-directed document sorting, delivered digitally with supporting guidance notes.
• Records Digitisation & Filing (from ฿30,000): A managed service in which Goldhaven staff scan and organise your physical documents into a labelled digital archive, which is then returned to you in full along with all originals.

All services are delivered in Bangkok. Nothing in any service constitutes regulated legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking or communicating with us.
• Use the Content provided through our services for personal purposes only — not for redistribution, resale, or commercial use.
• Not misuse this website through any unlawful, disruptive, or harmful activity.
• For the Digitisation service: ensure that the documents you submit to us are your own or that you have lawful authority to have them processed.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Goldhaven — including workshop handouts, toolkit templates, guidance notes, and website content — are the intellectual property of Goldhaven unless otherwise stated.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Goldhaven Content without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to the commencement of a service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Workshops: Full payment required at registration. Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session date receive a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable; however, your place may be transferred to another session.
• Toolkit: Non-refundable once the toolkit files have been delivered to you.
• Digitisation: A scope and fee are agreed in writing before work begins. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the engagement; the balance is payable at handover. Cancellation after scanning has commenced will forfeit the deposit.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis for general informational and organisational purposes. Goldhaven does not:

• Provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or medical advice of any kind.
• Represent that any information provided in workshops or written materials is complete, current, or applicable to your specific personal circumstances.
• Accept responsibility for decisions you make based on information received through our services.

If you need advice on personal legal, financial, or health matters, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Goldhaven's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any service will not exceed the fee paid for that specific service.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or decisions made in reliance on information provided through our services.

9. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement by written notice. Where Goldhaven terminates due to your breach of these terms, fees already paid are non-refundable. Where we terminate for reasons within our control, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet completed.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct discussion in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

11. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any written service confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goldhaven for the relevant service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
• Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance.
